You can return any purchase made on Woreno within 30 days of receipt at your home, for any reason. Here we outline the rules to follow, how to proceed, who covers the costs, and when the refund is processed.
Conditions
Returns of home items are permitted within thirty calendar days from delivery. The product must be intact, unused, placed in its original packaging complete with original tags, manuals, and accessories, and free of signs of wear or washing.
Instructions for submitting a return
- Send a formal return request to [email protected] specifying the order number and reason for return
- Receive the return authorization code and instructions with the logistics warehouse address in Italy
- Pack the product securely in its original protective packaging, including a copy of the packing slip
- Wait for the package quality inspection and receive the refund amount due within 3-10 business days via bank transfer
Who pays return shipping
If the cast iron shows defects, shipping damage, or discrepancies from your order, we cover the costs: we send you a prepaid shipping label or schedule a courier pickup at your home. If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs remain your responsibility, with no extra fees.
Refund timing and method
We issue the refund within 3 business days of approving the returned product. If you paid on delivery, you will receive a bank transfer to your provided details; for payments made via bank transfer, the funds return to the original account. Receiving the funds typically takes from 1 to 5 business days.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange the pan for a different diameter or another model, complete the return and place a new order: we will process the refund as soon as the parcel reaches our facility. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, you will not pay for the delivery of the replacement.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge before it leaves the warehouse. Send us a message at [email protected] with your order reference. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return procedure.
