Woreno S.r.l. manages shipments of home goods and furnishings throughout Italy with high logistics standards. Every order is processed and handed over to specialized couriers to guarantee prompt, secure delivery directly to the specified address.

Estimates are based on business days from dispatch. Remote locations may require an additional 1-2 days.
- Free standard shipping on orders over €69 in Italy; below this threshold, the delivery fee is €5.90.
- Delivery takes between 2 and 4 business days from parcel dispatch.
- Orders confirmed before 12:30 on business days ship from our warehouse the same day.
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Orders placed by 12:30 Monday through Friday ship the same day. Purchases placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. We will send a confirmation message with your order number right away.
All home products are packed with double-wall corrugated cardboard boxes, reinforced protective corner pieces, recyclable shock-absorbing padding, and tamper-evident security seals to protect ceramics, textiles, and accessories in transit.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as the parcel is picked up by the carrier, the customer receives an email and SMS notification with a unique tracking code to follow the delivery status in real time.
Lost or delayed parcel
If the tracking number remains inactive for 5 business days, write to us at [email protected] with your order reference. We will inquire with the carrier about the shipment and, based on your preference, send a replacement parcel or refund the full amount within 10 business days of your request.
Damaged on arrival
If a package is visibly damaged upon receipt, state a specific reservation on the courier delivery note. Then, send a message to [email protected] within forty-eight hours, attaching clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item, to receive a prompt replacement or refund.
Payment methods
Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Under no circumstances will we ask for your online banking credentials or card details by phone or email.
Delivery outside Italy
We deliver to a select group of countries. Rates and delivery times for each destination are summarized at checkout before you complete your order. Customs duties and local import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
