Supply of consumer home goods, including home decor, kitchen accessories, home textiles, storage containers, and household organization products. Each product page lists dimensions, accessories, and specifications. Photos are for display purposes; the outer packaging may show minor graphic variations.

The purchase offer begins upon completing checkout. We send a confirmation by email; the contract is formally concluded once the pan leaves our facility. We may decline an order in the event of stock shortages or unverified contact details, promptly refunding any prepaid amount.

Prices are shown in EUR including VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed in the total before final payment. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious error in the displayed price is found before dispatch, we will update the amount and give you the choice to confirm the order or cancel.

Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs can be found in the Shipping and Payment section. Responsibility for packages transfers to the purchaser the moment they are delivered.

The photos show the actual tableware we dispatch from our warehouse. Color rendering on screen varies based on your monitor, software, and room lighting; minor tone discrepancies are not manufacturing defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns at our expense. Dimensions, iron alloy, and technical details are stated in each item description.

We are responsible for the integrity of the parcel until the carrier hands it to you or your designated recipient at the provided address. From that moment, the risk of loss or damage rests with the customer. If the box arrives dented or tampered with, report it immediately to the driver by signing with reservation and notify us within 48 hours.

You can return goods within 30 days of receipt, as explained in the Returns section. All home items sold by Woreno S.r.l. are covered by a twenty-four-month legal warranty of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

• Home items made to measure or clearly personalized at the customer's request
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons if unsealed after delivery, such as pillows or mattress protectors
• Household cleaning products or sealed detergents opened after delivery
• Goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items
• Supply of digital content provided on non-tangible media once performance has begun

The total liability of Woreno S.r.l. for any claim arising from the order shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the contested item or the flat amount of 100 euros. Nothing in these terms is intended to bypass or limit liabilities established as non-negotiable by statutory law.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Items must be used following the manufacturer instructions; they do not replace advice from a healthcare professional.

These terms and any contractual disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the Italian Republic, with jurisdiction determined pursuant to the Consumer Code for consumers residing in Italy. If we cannot resolve a dispute by speaking directly, the competent court is that of the registered office of the company, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights granted to purchasers in their place of residence.
